Our customers include well-known companies such as Porsche, Bosch and Innogy. They rely on our unique Conversational AI platform BOTfriends X. With this SaaS solution, employees in companies can independently develop and operate voice and chatbots even without programming skills. In this way, BOTfriends wants to accelerate the automation of customer communication and significantly advance the use of corresponding applications.

As a Customer Success Manager, you strive to enable your customers to get the most out of our platform BOTfriends X . The successful deployment of our customers' voice and chatbots is your goal and your motivation - day after day. That's why you penetrate optimization potentials and understand how to pick up customers where they are right now.

What you have to offer:

  • You have already gained some experience in account management, technology consulting or customer service in the form of software support.
  • Your distinctive customer and service orientation as well as your communicative and friendly manner distinguish you.
  • You work independently, in a structured, proactive and analytical manner, and your focus is on growth and results.
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies such as voice and chatbots and have a solid technical understanding.
  • Sales experience in supporting customers in the area of digital and SaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Your strength is to inspire people and to create trust and thus to appear confidently as a trustworthy partner to our customers.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.

Your challenges :

  • You build and maintain sustainable, trusting and successful customer relationships.
  • Your primary goal is to increase customer success while establishing and tracking Customer Success KPIs such as Churn.
  • You identify customer needs and requirements and coordinate feature requests with the product team.
  • You continuously analyze the platform usage of our customers and the performance of their bots. In doing so, you succeed in advising our customers with recommendations for action and optimization potential.
  • You are responsible for the entire onboarding process with demonstrative trainings for a successful customer introduction.
  • You identify up-selling potentials and try to enforce the company-wide use of our platform
  • You are available to customers as the first escalation level and organise the resolution of existing problems
  • You create engaging learning material for BOTfriends X like case studies, best practices, playbooks and tutorials to support our customers
