Everything You Need to Know to Get Started
In the Referral Track, you simply refer customers—BOTfriends handles sales and delivery. You’ll receive a 10–20% commission during the first year of the contract and a permanent 5% lifetime commission thereafter. In the Reseller Track, you purchase products at a 20 to 30% wholesale discount and issue the invoices yourself, while we handle delivery and application support. As a VAR, you also take on implementation and earn 30 to 40%. As an MSP, you operate the Managed SMB Suite as a turnkey solution for SMBs under your brand, also earning 30 to 40%. You decide on a case-by-case basis for each customer project.
Fully automated based on your annual platform revenue—that is, the sum of licenses and consumption from all live contracts. The calculation is performed dynamically using a rolling live wallet. You become a Premier Partner at €100,000 per year and an Elite Alliance partner at €300,000 per year. Professional Services do not count toward tier revenue.
Yes, on a sliding scale: In the first year of the contract, you will receive 10 to 20 percent of the net platform revenue actually paid by the end customer, depending on the animal. Starting in the second year, you will continue to receive 5 percent on an ongoing basis as long as the customer remains active.
As a referral or reseller partner, there are no ongoing program fees. For the VAR and MSP tracks, you’ll need your own infrastructure: a one-time fee of €990 for onboarding, master instance setup, a four-hour deep dive with a senior solution architect, and Academy admission for your team, followed by €490 per month for the Partner Master license, which includes two demo workspaces, 90 concurrent connections, reserved LLM capacity, and the Value Assurance Essentials Plan. No tier discount is applied to these items.
We work with clear list prices. The mid-market suites are priced at €2,000 per month (Starter), €3,000 (Professional), and €3,500 (Enterprise), each with a 12-month minimum term. For the SMB long tail, there’s the Managed SMB Suite, which can be canceled monthly, starting at €100 per month. In addition, there are usage-based charges, such as €140 per 1,000 voice minutes or €200 per 1,000 chats. Your tier discount is applied to all of these items. If you offer your own discounts during the sales pitch, these will be deducted from your margin; our wholesale price remains unaffected.
Yes, you manage your customers independently and are 100% responsible for the customer relationship. Behind the scenes, our Technical Success Unit supports you with technical support, troubleshooting, and weekly office hours—which are intended for you as a partner, not for your end customers.
Yes. Our direct sales team does not handle direct inquiries with a potential volume of less than 30,000 minutes per year itself, but instead consistently refers them to the partner model.
About our Switch Program. We’ll cover the ongoing fixed costs of your previous contract for up to 6 months as credit toward your Partner Master License, and we’ll subsidize the migration of your bots through a fixed discount on Professional Services, based on project size and duration.
