Problem: Building closer relationships with fans. A chatbot was the way to build a more personal and closer relationship with the fan through the chat environment.

Where: Facebook Messenger and website of s. Oliver Würzburg.

Solution: A chatbot for the basketball Bundesliga team s. Oliver Würzburg, which answers standard questions on topics such as tickets, directions, match schedules or players and keeps all fans who are not present at the match up-to-date with a live ticker.

Goal: Build a closer bond with fans by writing in the chat with the mascot Olli. To provide an excellent service to fans through the instant response of the chatbot and the live ticker: "Follow your team from anywhere". To be innovative as a sports club through the use of new technologies.
