FHWS Scholarship Advice

Problem: Until now, scholarship counselling has taken place during personal counselling and it was hardly possible for students to find out in a simple and quick way which scholarships apply to them. Accordingly, many scholarships remain unfilled due to students' lack of knowledge.

Solution? The chatbot guides the user through a catalogue of questions to recommend individual scholarships.

Goal: Increase scholarship acceptance by providing automated scholarship advice and recommendations from the chatbot.
