IITR Privacy Policy

Problem: Many people lack basic knowledge on the topic of data protection and there is uncertainty due to the new basic regulation (DSGVO) since May 2018. The law firm has to deal with many standard questions, which can be answered automatically by the chatbot.

Goal: Employees of the law firm should have to process fewer standard enquiries. In addition, a growing knowledge base on the topic of data protection is to be continuously built up in the chatbot.
