As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll convince companies that customers no longer have patience for being put on hold on the phone, or even that new communication channels can drive customer loyalty. Your challenges: 

  • You convince customers of our SaaS solution BOTfriends X in presentations and show them possible applications.
  • Your sales strategy helps you achieve quarterly targets and build long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Your active participation in exciting conferences and events helps you to win potential clients
  • You work closely with other business units such as Solutions, Marketing or Product
  • You plan, coordinate and control the communication of all customer-related activities with sole responsibility
  • You seamlessly document all sales activities in Hubspot and analyse data-driven processes to optimise KPIs such as conversion rates or time to sell
  • You process your deals and tenders and conduct contract negotiations for offers


What you have to offer:

  • You have several years of experience in direct B2B enterprise sales
  • Of course, you have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding high level decision making revenue targets in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • You have experience in building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with senior level contacts within the Fortune 1000 environment
  • Pipeline management in CRM tools is a matter of course for you
  • You identify opportunities and track the entire sales process
  • You are able to present complex software solutions to customers in a strategic way
  • You have an open and cool personality, a highly professional appearance and you don't think much of typical sales phrases like we do.
  • You live the entrepreneurial spirit and identify with the startup culture
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile
