We define a chat as a completed conversation that can consist of any number of bot messages and user responses. A chat can be closed in two ways:

1. The user's issue has been resolved and they leave the conversation
2. The user no longer responds and the chat times out

The advantage for you here is that you are not billed according to message volume, but the focus is on added value - the resolved customer issue. No matter how many counter questions your user asks in a conversation.

To ensure that the BOTfriends X platform grows with your requirements thanks to Auto Scaling, is performant and remains available only as a cloud solution. This also ensures maximum security and no further administrative overhead for you.

The webhook, on which own systems are connected, can of course be hosted on premise.

Depending on which model you choose, you have the choice between two variants:

• Managed Generative AI
  Here you use our own LLM instances and don't have to worry about anything else. BOTfriends guarantees the operation of the LLM and you can start immediately and there are no further costs for you.
• Custom Generative AI
  You are free to choose between different LLM licenses and store your personal key in the platform settings. The selected LLM is billed internally by you.

The knowledge base is the "brain" of your bot. To ensure that your bot is as intelligent as possible and can access a lot of knowledge, we do not limit the number of data records that you store in your knowledge base.

If you have an extremely large number of data records, we will be happy to support you with our know-how during training and data preparation.

You can add unlimited users to the platform and configure the roles and rights of the users individually.
